*Hong Kong International Jazz Festival is pleased to dedicate the concert on 27 October 2021 to celebrate Daniel Pearl Music Days 香港國際爵士音樂節把十月二十七日的演出節目定爲Daniel Pearl World Music Day的一部份，來支持其Harmony for Humanity 的意念。
"Harmony for Humanity." Daniel Pearl World Music Days was created in response to the 2002 kidnapping and murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl at the hands of extremists in Karachi, Pakistan. Danny's family and friends came together to work towards a more humane world, forming the Daniel Pearl Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to promote cross-cultural understanding through journalism, music, and innovative communications.
