香港出生於倫敦長大的Jeorld 於2018在University of Bristol畢業,擔任鍵琴手,作/編曲及唱片監製等工作。深受星級監製like Quincy Jones, Anderson Pakk 及Jack Stratton等影響,使其建立出一種對各類型音樂的熱愛,包容性及能量, 接受來自世界各地不同項目的挑戰。曾與藝人Alex Larrson, Hugo Mari 及Elena Flury等合作。以音樂總監身份泡製了舞台劇"Misfits" 及"Confessions of an Ex-Drag Queen".等 Jason Cheng鄭以德,piano鋼琴 Jason Cheng started playing the piano at the age of 4. At the age of 13, he was awarded the Top Music Scholarship to Stowe School, Buckingham, England where he studied the piano, music theory, composition and improvisation. He was later admitted to Oxford University where he furthered his studies and musical developments as a performer and composer.
In 2018, Jason Cheng released a solo piano album called “The Night’s Last Words” and donated all the proceeds from the launch party to the Hong Kong Children’s Skin Foundation. In 2006, he released a Christmas album called “Have a Jazzy Little Christmas” in which he arranged popular Christmas numbers in a jazz/latin style. The release was in collaboration with Operation Santa Claus and the profits from the CD sales were all donated to the charity. In 2012, as a member of Hanjin Tan’s trio, he was part of the opening act for Earth, Wind and Fire at the Cape Town jazz festival. Cheng’s live performances are fun and ad hoc and his unique and innovative style fuses the progressive sounds of contemporary music with those of traditional jazz. Outside his music activities, he is also the founder/CEO of OneDay www.oneday.com.hk - a property app.
Jason 4歲開習琴,13歲拿了獎學金到修讀音樂,及牛津大學進修作曲及表演藝術。2006出版 “Have a Jazzy Little Christmas” 收入捐贈給Operation Santa Claus。 2018出版了唱片,收入捐贈給香港兒童皮膚基金。2010 Jason以Hanjin Tan’s trio成員身份,在南非爵士音樂節為傳奇組合Earth, Wind and Fire作開幕演出。 |
